Thank you for shopping with Mr Pup! We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy below for important information regarding order processing, shipping times, and deliveries.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after processing are:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
From time to time, Mr Pup may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email (when available). Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after your package has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your order may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable. Mr Pup is not responsible for lost shipments resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help find a resolution whenever possible.
Mr Pup is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided.
Split Shipments
To provide faster delivery, some orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country's customs authorities.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes
- Public holidays

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin processing orders quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made if your order has not yet entered fulfillment.
